Warranty:
RF HAMSTORE offers 1 year warranty on all sold products.
When your order is delivered on your delivery address, please check all items, if something is not clear or missing or dammaged or supplied wrong product / parts, you should notify us at once within 8 business day's !
If you find physical defects, wrong delivery or wrong delivered product in the materials or the workmanship used in making the product described, RF HAMSTORE will repair, or at its option, replace, the product at no charge to you, provided you return it (stamped / postage paid and with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.

(Re)shipment of Products
a.) The Seller is not liable for loss, delay or damage in the transport of Products, even if the carrier has been chosen by the Seller.
b.) The Customer is deemed to have satisfactorily accepted the Products if he has not sent a written complaint to the Seller within one working day after delivery. A submitted complaint does not suspend the payment obligation of the Customer and the Seller has a right of investigation into the complaint.
c.) The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to request permission to return Products.
d.) The product must be in undamaged, not described and original packaging, the product must also be complete, unused and undamaged.
e.) The reason for return does not have to be stated. Returns must always be made to the address below. Prior to a return shipment, the Customer must request a return number (RMA) from the Seller.
Shipping costs of a return are at all times at the expense of the buyer, read customer or client or reseller or buyer. (Summary; After delivery, the customer has 14 days to inform the web store that he is canceling the purchase. He can do this by sending an email with all the details)
