Prices and Payment options:

Prices:
All our prices in our webshop: RF HAMSTORE are listed including Dutch Legal VAT.
Dependent on country of delivery, VAT will be deducted or calculated, this is an automatic process and will be live listed in your shopping cart !

VAT Calculation:
Note: For companies across the European Union (EU), is it possible to fill there VAT number during the order process (No VAT applies now)
Important: it is mandatory for us to check if the entered VAT number is correct, if there is a mistake we do calculate at least EUR 45 administration costs!
In case of unauthorized use of VAT number, a declaration will always be made.

Payment:
All Deliveries are only effected against advance payment.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you an (proforma) invoice.

Delivery Inside EU incl and excl VAT:
Private customers inside of EC countries will be treated as domestic customers, they will be charged with
our DUTCH V.A.T. of 21% which is included in our price list.
Note: New rules are active since July 2021, Vat rules are changed and private customers have to pay there legal VAT of country of delivery.
This new VAT is automatically calculated and visible once you enter the shopping chart.

No V.A.T. applies, if you are inside the EC countries and holding a V.A.T. number (FYI: divide listed prices by 1,21)
Delivery Outside EU:
Our prices are including 21% DUTCH V.A.T. which is not to be paid by foreign customers.
Please deduct DUTCH V.A.T. which is included in the price list. (FYI: divide listed prices by 1,21)

Payment by Bank transfer:
As soon as the invoice amount in EURO € is transferred and credited to our bank account
the ordered goods will be immediately dispatched ex Drachten, ex stock unless a delivery period
has been agreed in writing.
Importand: Bank charges are always to be taken over by the customer !

Payment through Credit Card or PayPal:
You can pay securely by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard etc) surcharge will be calculated during check-out
We provide you with a secure payment link to pay for your order.
(It is no need to provide us your Credit Card details, payment is in EURO)

Payment through PayPal are accepted.

NOTE: All payments in EURO. (EUR)

REFUND:
a) RF HAMSTORE never pay's back fee's during refund of money by Wire Bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card !!
b) RF HAMSTORE never pay's back transport costs when delivery address is wrong / not accepted by receiver, customs or other reason !!


Warranty:
RF HAMSTORE offers 1 year warranty on all sold products.
If you find physical defects in the materials or the workmanship used in making the product described, RF HAMSTORE will repair, or at its option, replace, the product at no charge to you, provided you return it (postage prepaid, with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
